Rachel Douglas is an expert in corporate communications, brand PR, crisis management and measurement and has directed numerous successful programs to build brands, promote products, safeguard reputations and build corporate profile.
Rachel has over 12-years experience as a savvy communicator advising top leadership on business and reputation issues. Currently, Rachel is Manager of Brand PR at Kellogg Canada, the leading manufacturer of ready to eat cereals and snacks in Canada. She is responsible for the development of PR programs to amplify marketing campaigns through earned media and provide strategic counsel to marketers on PR integration and evaluation.
Rachel’s previous experience in consumer goods and foodservice includes high profile brands Tim Hortons, Maple Leaf Foods and Cara Foods.
As a member of the CPRS Measurement Committee Rachel developed and launched the MRP system, Canada’s measurement standard for earned editorial coverage.
